This interview hits it on so many levels. I don't even knnow where to start so just watch the entire interview. When Dave says" I'm black and there is no way around that" is just way deeper than how easy it can roll off the toungue.
It was interesting to hear them speak about black women not asking for a raise at work. Having the entrepreneurial spirit that I have It's hard not to ask for a raise. When I asked for my raise I asked for a $10 increase hourly and honestly didn't even feel like that was enough.
So with that said I'm just going to fail forward!!
